Growth Lead

We are looking for a Growth Lead who blends data with creativity and is not afraid to experiment their way into results. If “AI-powered vibe marketing” sounds like your thing, you are in the right place.

What you will be doing

  • Design and run experiments across channels (social, content, email, partnerships)
  • Use AI tools to create, test, and scale campaigns fast
  • Own funnels end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, referrals
  • Track and move metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Work side-by-side with sales and product to make growth a team sport

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience driving growth (startup, fintech, real-estate, SaaS, or similar)
  • A hacker’s mindset – test over guess; think differently and creatively
  • Strong with data and dashboards, while creative enough to know when a meme beats a whitepaper
  • Hands-on with AI and automation tools (text, video, images)
  • Comfortable with design and content creation
  • Self-starter who turns ideas into momentum without handholding
  • Native-level communication in both English and Hebrew
