Adesco is on a mission to make cross-border currency transfers surprisingly personal. We help people move money into Israel without hidden fees and no bank headaches—especially when supporting family or handling large, time-sensitive transfers. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who loves connecting with people and turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
What you will be doing
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers in target organizations
- Set up and manage our CRM system to track prospects and opportunities
- Use AI tools to research prospects and personalize outreach campaigns
- Schedule qualified meetings for the founding team
- Lead the relationship with the client after the sale
What we are looking for
- Experience with outreach tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and comfort with cold calling
- Familiarity with AI tools for prospecting and lead research
- Curiosity about people and what makes them tick
- Target-driven with a positive, winning attitude
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
- Native-level communication in both English and Hebrew
This is not your typical SDR role. You will be the first voice prospects hear from Adesco, setting the stage for meaningful relationships and helping people discover how we can solve their real financial challenges.
