Adesco is on a mission to make cross-border currency transfers fast, safe, and surprisingly personal. We move money into and out of Israel for people buying real estate, supporting family, and running businesses, with no delays, no hidden fees, and no bank headaches. We are hiring one person to lead all of our marketing. Not to join a marketing team. To build it from zero, with real ownership over the strategy and the results.

What you will be doing

  • Own B2C lead generation end to end. The goal is simple: leads that bring millions into the company
  • Build the funnels, analyze them, and decide based on what the numbers say. Gut feeling is nice. The funnel is what decides
  • Build the strategy and run it yourself. The head of a strategist, the hands of an operator
  • Run every channel that earns its place: content, social, webinars, events, and paid media. Every channel is open, and every decision goes through the data
  • Ship a new test every week. An idea nobody has tried, and a funnel that measures whether it worked
  • Use AI as your team. Landing pages, design, and content, built by you with AI doing the heavy lifting

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience bringing in B2C leads. Not "I was on the team that brought them." You brought them, and you have the numbers to explain how
  • You live on data. You build funnels, you analyze them, and you decide based on what they tell you
  • You genuinely work with AI. Landing page on your own, design on your own, content on your own. AI is your team
  • Creativity that does not stop. A new test every week, and a way to measure it
  • A strategist's head and an operator's hands. You build the plan and you run it yourself
  • Native-level communication in both English and Hebrew
