With Adesco, the only cost is a small, transparent spread that is published on our pricing page — and there are no wire fees. The spread is subtracted from the market rate, so you always know exactly what you are paying.

What is a "spread" and how does it affect my rate?

The spread is the small difference between the live market rate and the rate you receive. For example, if the market rate is 1 USD = 3.1360 ILS and our spread is 0.0160 ILS, your rate would be 1 USD = 3.1200 ILS. The spread is the only cost — there are no additional fees.

Do rates improve for larger transfers?

Yes. The more you transfer, the better your rate. Transfers above $25,000 receive our best fixed spreads, and transfers above $1,000,000 receive our lowest rates. See the tier tables above for exact figures.

Is there a minimum transfer amount?

Yes. The minimum conversion amount is $10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). There is no maximum — we regularly handle transfers of $1,000,000 and above.

Your rate is locked the moment an Adesco advisor executes your trade. The rate shown on the conversion screen is a live estimate. Your final, confirmed rate is set when the trade is executed — typically within minutes of your request.

We support US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), Swiss Francs (CHF), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), and other major currencies. All can be converted to or from Israeli Shekels (ILS).

Why is there an extra spread for real estate payments?

Real estate transactions involve multi-payment disbursement management — we coordinate payments to lawyers, tax authorities, developers, and sellers on your behalf. The additional 0.0010 ILS per 1 unit of foreign currency covers this coordination. You select the real estate purpose after the initial conversion screen, and the adjusted spread appears on the final review screen.
