Israeli properties typically cost between $300,000 and $1,000,000 or more. A transfer this size triggers additional compliance checks at banks on both sides of the wire. Israeli purchase tax, paid directly to the Israel Tax Authority. The amount depends on your buyer profile, property price, and whether you own other property in Israel.
Optional for some transactions. Adesco can pay every obligation directly - Shovar vouchers, tax, and seller transfers - without a separate trust account. If your lawyer requires one, Adesco converts and transfers shekels there same-day.
The construction price index. If your contract is Madad-linked, the outstanding balance is adjusted monthly. Adesco tracks and processes these automatically.

Israeli property payments run on Zahav, Israel's real-time settlement system. A Shovar payment with a deadline cannot wait three to seven business days. All Adesco property payments are processed same-day via Zahav when instructions are received before midday Israel time - with no additional fee.
